Catherine Willinsky is an adaptable, collaborative, and strategic health system leader with over 25 years of progressive experience across mental and substance use health, children and youth services, and eHealth. She is grateful to live, work, and play on the traditional territory of the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte (Kenhtè:ke Kanyen’kehá:ka).
With a strong background in health equity and cross-sector partnerships, Catherine has led multi-site initiatives in collaboration with hospitals, community agencies, and government. She brings expertise in policy development, system planning, strategic leadership, program implementation, stakeholder engagement, evaluation, and risk management.
She is known for cultivating trusted relationships with people with lived experience, clinicians, and health system leadership to advance evidence-informed systems change. A people-focused leader, Catherine has extensive experience in team development, coaching, and performance management, fostering inclusive, high-performing environments.
