Kaitlin Callegari is a cis-gender White settler woman living on the traditional territory of the Anishinaabe Peoples of the Three Fires Confederacy, including the Ojibwe, Odawa and Potawatomi, and the lands of Caldwell First Nation under Treaty No. 2.  

Kaitlin approaches her work with care, curiosity, and precision, believing that meaningful change happens when lived experience, collaboration, and evidence come together to reimagine responses to public health and social challenges.    

She brings expertise in project management, evaluation design, and proposal development, with experience coordinating large, multi-partner initiatives and facilitating teamwork across sectors. Kaitlin excels at translating complexity into clarity, creating tools and systems that help teams work efficiently and communicate with purpose. 

As Project Manager at Changemark, Kaitlin oversees the coordination and delivery of projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while maintaining strong relationships with clients and project teams. Guided by her attention to detail and collaborative approach to problem solving, she ensures clients are supported, teams are equipped to deliver their best work, and every project creates lasting value.
