Kira Steele (she/her) is a communications and management strategist with experience in the substance use and mental health sector, supported by a strong background in digital communications. She focuses on developing practical and sustainable advocacy and engagement strategies that help organizations strengthen their impact and connect with their communities.

Kira combines business strategy, program development, and policy insight informed by both professional and lived experience. She has led organizations and initiatives focused on harm reduction, recovery, and equity-based policy, consistently designing approaches that are authentic, evidence-informed, and results-driven. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, digital communications, and stakeholder engagement, integrating creativity with data-driven strategy to help organizations achieve measurable outcomes.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm), a Graduate Diploma in Management (GDM), and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
