Sami Kahya is a cis-gender man living and working on the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish), and səl̓ílwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.  

He brings close to 30 years of experience working in business operations and his role supports the systems, processes, and financial infrastructure that keep Changemark’s work organized, sustainable, and aligned with its mission. 

Sami approaches operations as a foundation for impact, ensuring that growth and day-to-day operations are strategic, transparent, and values driven. He brings experience in business management, organizational development and excellence in both non-profit and private sectors. 

Before joining Changemark, Sami held Senior Management roles in a multinational Marketing and Promotions agency where he led initiatives in Supply Chain & Logistics, Procurement, Business Operations, Finance and Business Strategy.  

At Changemark, Sami leads business operations and internal systems development, working closely with the leadership team to strengthen financial management, streamline workflows, and build the infrastructure that supports project delivery across all service areas. His work ensures that Changemark’s social purpose is sustained through sound strategy, accountability, and operational excellence.
