Sarah Roht is a project manager, creative director, and designer specializing in knowledge translation, harm reduction, and mental health communication. Based in Toronto on Treaty 13 territory, she collaborates with communities to create inclusive and meaningful outcomes.

Sarah leads national initiatives that connect research, art, and education, managing teams and overseeing grants, budgets, and timelines. Skilled in WordPress development, multimedia production, and online learning design, she creates accessible digital storytelling projects that make complex ideas clear and engaging.

Her recent work includes managing the Schizophrenia Society of Canada’s Cannabis and Mental Health and Cannabis and Psychosis initiatives and leading the Wellstream.ca redesign. She is currently working with School Mental Health Ontario on the Connect Quest student toolkit launching in 2025.
