Anna is a cisgender White Settler who lives with her family in xwesam (Roberts Creek) on the traditional, unceded land of the shíshálh and Skwxwú7mesh nations. Anna has over a decade of experience managing large, mixed-methods public health research projects from conception through to knowledge translation. She is passionate about inclusive, equitable and effective research design that can be smoothly implemented across the research cycle.

Anna’s recent work highlights include the design of effective research tools (including surveys, semi-structured qualitative interview guides and photovoice projects), project implementation including the navigation of multiple institutional ethics boards, data analysis and academic writing.
