Keeno Ahmed-Jones is an organizational consultant, writer and educator living on the unceded, ancestral territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. With over 20 years of experience in education and organizational development, Keeno brings a unique skill set to her clients in Canada and the US, which have included private and nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and government agencies. She is dedicated to improving organizational effectiveness using participatory processes grounded in research, best practices, and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with driving meaningful change.

Recent work highlights include leading a team of key stakeholders across multiple sectors to improve educational access for at-risk communities, implementing a strategic plan for a community-based mental-health training program, and overseeing the design, development and implementation of a large-scale credentialing program serving over 27,000 people per year.

Keeno’s passion lies in helping mission-driven organizations build programs and policies that address pressing social issues and advance the public interest.
