Kim is a co-founder and the Chief Operating Officer of Changemark Research + Evaluation and works and lives on the traditional unceded homelands of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish), and səl̓ílwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. She shares a home with her husband and 2 dogs, Archie, and Louis.

Kim joined Changemark during the company's first year of operation. She has a wealth of business, strategy and organizational knowledge which she has amassed from 20+ years of experience in international finance and business. Kim’s commitment to Changemark is driven by her passion to make meaningful changes on both the community and individual levels, by applying her extensive business experience to help Changemark and its clients thrive and succeed. She is proud to be part of a company that supports so many impactful projects and enjoys her "behind the scenes" role in ensuring the proper functioning of the company.

In addition to having a BSc in International Banking and Finance, Kim is a certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and has a certification in non-profit management from SFU.
