Kim is the Chief Operating Officer of Changemark Research + Evaluation and works and lives on the traditional unceded homelands of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish), and səl̓ílwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. She shares a home with her husband and 2 dogs, Archie, and Louis. Kim enjoys eating and cooking vegan food and is a student of yoga. She utilizes the yogic teachings and meditation to strive for a life of peace and balance.

Prior to joining Changemark, Kim had a 20+ year career in international finance with top global investment banks. Kim’s work has allowed her to work with people from a diverse range of cultures which has been one of the highlights of her career. Her experience has given her exposure to the lengths and breadth of business spanning sales, finance, legal, operations and relationship management (clients and internal stakeholders and colleagues).

Through a process of mindful self-reflection and driven by a passion and empathy for people and community, Kim realized it was time to honour the intention for her life. This intention includes aligning with a company who believes in ensuring that organizations have access to services to move forward programs and initiatives in the area of mental health and substance use.

Kim has a keen interest in supporting non-profit organizations and her recent education in non-profit management allows her to apply her business knowledge through the lens of non-profits offering services in organizational assessment, strategic planning, financial management and volunteer program management.
