With a degree in Human Geography from Queen’s University, Noah’s academic work focused on how spatial structures shape inequities in Canada. He has been admitted to McGill University, where he is pursuing a Master of Arts in Education and Society.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through PMI, Noah also holds a Certificate in Public Participation from IAP2 Canada. He has led or supported a wide range of research and education initiatives related to reconciliation, community overdose response, community health, and Indigenous health—including engaging local governments across British Columbia in dialogue around overdose response.
